Shipping

Our standard for order processing is to ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. Our common carrier is UPS Ground and when ordering, customers select which method of UPS shipping they desire.  We pass along the shipping charge as calculated by UPS with no mark-up.

We can fulfill orders in the US and Canada. It should be noted that shipping rates outside of the Continental USA are higher. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, tariffs and duties. You must contact Awning Pro-Tech for rates and information regarding product shipment outside of the Continental USA and for all International Shipments.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email (providing you supplied one) with the order information along with an email from UPS with a tracking number.

Before you order Products via the Site for delivery outside the US and Canada, you must contact us for additional rate charges, these charges may include import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the relevant customs office for further information before placing your order. If you place your order via our website for shipment outside of the Continental United States or Canada at the standard rate and without contacting us, your order will be held until we can reach you for payment of the additional shipping charges.

Please note that you may also need to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
